Math Court

A situation involving a right triangle was brought before the court. The evidence was contentious and eventually boiled down two which of the three witnesses, the hypotenuse and the two cathetus, was most reliable. All three had given their testimony and the case went to the Jury.

The Jury returned a verdict and sided with the hypotenuse; when asked why, the jurors said it was obvious, the hypotenuse is the only side that sees the right angle.
